Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Kairos Signal System ("KSS", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

KSS is a real-time crypto signal dashboard that detects technical entry conditions on 1-minute candlestick data sourced from Coinbase Exchange public APIs. It displays signals, tracks hypothetical trade outcomes, and provides performance analytics.

The Service does not: connect to any exchange or brokerage, execute or place orders, custody assets, or provide personalized investment advice. KSS is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use financial analysis tools in your jurisdiction. By using KSS you represent that you meet these requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws regarding the use of trading signals and financial data.

4. Subscription and billing

• — The Service requires a paid subscription ($29/month at launch, subject to change with notice).
• — Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• — Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled.
• — You may cancel at any time via Account Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial periods.
• — We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• — Share, resell, or redistribute signals or data from KSS to third parties
• — Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
• — Use the Service to make automated trading decisions without human review
• — Circumvent authentication, subscription gates, or rate limits
• — Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SIGNALS WILL BE ACCURATE, PROFITABLE, OR AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. MARKET DATA IS SOURCED FROM COINBASE PUBLIC APIS AND MAY BE DELAYED, INCORRECT, OR UNAVAILABLE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KSS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including signal logic, UI, and branding, is proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during an active subscription.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. Sections 6, 7, and 8 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, individually (no class actions). You waive the right to a jury trial.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
